Hope you're all staying safe & healthy! Thanks so much for supporting us while we were closed. We've been overwhelmed by your loyalty, encouragement, and well wishes: it means the world to us. Now that we are open for appointment browsing, our ordering process has changed a bit.
The biggest change is that we can now accept orders for store pickup! Unless you're planning to make an appointment to browse, however, it is still better to pay via CC on the site if possible. That way we can prep your order for easy curbside pickup.
When reviewing the books on the site, please keep an eye on the text to the right of the book cover:
- "Usually Ship in 1-5 Days" means these books are readily available! We'll ship this to you directly or, if you'd prefer, hold it for you in the store.
- "Backordered" titles will be delayed, sometimes significiantly. We may or may not have a date from our distributor as to when we can expect it back in stock.
- For anything you can't find, it's always possible that we have it used in the shop--if you'd like us to check, just give us a ring during business hours or send us an email at email@example.com.
- To Use a Gift Card or Membership: During checkout, please skip "Delivery Information" and instead select the "Store Pickup" option. Under payment information, choose "Pay at Store." PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE ORDER COMMENTS THAT YOU ARE PAYING VIA GIFT CARD. Please also highlight if you do, in fact, want your order shipped. Otherwise we will assume all local orders from members are for store pickup moving forward. When we receive the order, we'll charge against your gift card on file or reach out to you for details. If you have a physical plastic gift card, you may also include your gift card number in the order comments field for fastest service.
